Understanding the Reward Sharing Mechanism

Stakeholders' Rewards:

  • As a stakeholder, you are entitled to a share of 1% of all trading taxes collected across the zkTAO network. These rewards are distributed proportionally to the amount of $ZAO you have staked.

  • The more you stake, the higher your share of the trading tax rewards.

AI Validator ID Holders' Rewards:

  • Holding an AI Validator ID also entitles you to a share of the 1% trading tax. This is in addition to any rewards you earn from participating directly in the network’s validation process.

  • The rewards for AI Validator ID holders are distributed based on the number of IDs you own.

Why stake $ZAO?

  1. Daily rewards: Each day, stakeholders and Validator ID holders are eligible to receive rewards amounting to 0.1 ETH, distributed punctually at 15:30 UTC.

  2. Exclusive Events and Airdrops: $ZAO stakeholders and Validator ID holders gain exclusive access to dedicated events and airdrops. These opportunities will be unveiled and communicated directly to participants as they become available.
